Mr. Thompson received his B.S. in Civil Engineering and his M.S. in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis from the University of Arkansas. Since joining BlueInGreen, Mr. Thompson has managed over $2 million in federal grants enabling the development of their technology through a rigorous peer reviewed process.  Clay now works to establish and support a network of manufacturer’s representatives to introduce BlueInGreen’s technology to both the municipal and industrial wastewater and drinking water markets. Mr. Thompson is also introducing the technology in vertical markets such as ecological restoration and bioremediation.
