BlueInGreen is a water solutions company that provides the most efficient method of delivering dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide and ozone into water. We offer solutions for aeration, pH adjustment, oxidation and odor control.
Our company was co-founded by two University of Arkansas professors and VIC Technology Venture Development in 2004. The company won the WEF Innovative Technology Award in 2010 as well as the Global Cleantech Cluster Association (GCCA) Grand Prize in 2015. Most recently, we were named a finalist for the 2017 China BlueTech Water Innovation Awards in Shanghai.
We currently have over 35 installations operating in the U.S. and Canada, which treat a combined 800 million gallons of water each day. And counting.

Who We Are
Technical Services Manager
With over 35 years of experience in the water treatment industry, Billy Ammons offers valuable technical insight to optimize product development and expansion, as well as oversee key customer relationships as BlueInGreen's Technical Services Manager. Ammons possesses extensive experience in a wide variety of treatment processes, solids drying operations and disinfection methods. He has also assisted in the design of numerous plant upgrades and the construction of new treatment facilities across the country.
Since joining BlueInGreen in 2017, Adrian Beirise has worked to further develop and expand the company's innovative technology, with a primary focus on BlueInGreen’s carbon dioxide line. Beirise spent two years as an account manager for Phigenics, helping large facilities manage their potable and utility water systems, before earning his M.S. in Biological Engineering from the University of Arkansas under BlueInGreen co-founder Scott Osborn. He also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U of A.
David M. Berry
David Berry has developed his skills as a mechanical designer and draftsman over the past 45 years. He possesses hands-on experience in a variety of fields including civil, mechanical, petroleum and aviation engineering. His areas of expertise include piping and valve systems, treatment facilities, machine design, 3D modeling, CADD standards and mechanical drafting. Berry received his B.M. in Music from Wayland Baptist University and studied Architectural Drafting at Fayetteville Technical Institute.
Brian Bourke graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Environmental, Soil and Water Science in May 2014. Throughout his undergraduate career, Brian worked as a service technician for the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Research and Extension Center, where he operated and maintained heavy equipment, managed greenhouses and assisted with biodiesel research projects. As Project Manager, Bourke oversees the day-to-day productivity of two warehouses, prepares equipment for shipment and assists in the setup and start-up for all installations.
Finance & Administrative Manager
As the Finance & Administrative Manager, Theresa Case oversees high-level accounting and administrative duties in order to facilitate company growth. Prior to joining BlueInGreen, she excelled as the Accounts Payable Manager at Acumen Holdings, which operates a diverse portfolio of ecommerce sites in lifestyle and apparel brands. Case also worked as an Invoicing Associate at Cheyenne Products - a manufacturer of responsibly-sourced home décor and furnishings. She has over 10 years of experience in tax accounting, financial consulting and corporate invoicing.
Darryl L. Fendley, PE
Director of Engineering + Product Manager
Darryl Fendley started as a Product Engineer in January 2012, originally responsible for the development and launch of BlueInGreen’s CDOX® solution for pH adjustment. Since then, Fendley has served as a Principal Investigator for an NSF Phase II grant, overseen BlueInGreen’s ongoing research and development efforts, initiated a number of standardization efforts and maintained product quality and development as the current Director of Engineering. Fendley completed his Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering in May 2004.
Goodson brings over 20 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, tactical execution and technology implementation to BlueInGreen. Prior to joining the company, he served as a Senior Director of Walmart Technology, responsible for various global transformation efforts, including supplier management, sourcing and procurement, real estate investment and management, integrated retail platforms and manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kansas.
Jessica Hart-Terry, PE
Jessica Hart-Terry received her degree in Biological Engineering in 2012 from the University of Arkansas. During her undergraduate career, Hart-Terry worked as a student associate for Dr. Scott Osborn, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for BlueInGreen, and her senior design team placed third in the 2012 Gunlogson National Environmental Design Student Competition. In 2015, Hart-Terry was named one of the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s Fast 15 inductees and was featured in the ASABE's Resource Magazine. Hart-Terry has excelled in the research and development, design, piloting and reporting of BlueInGreen’s innovative ozonation system. She currently serves as the HyDOZ® Product Manager.
Regional Sales Manager
Regional Sales Manager Gary Jeral targets potential product applications and promote high-level sales efforts across northeastern U.S. and Canada in order to further expand BlueInGreen’s international growth. Jeral has over 40 years of extensive experience across numerous industrial and municipal treatment processes, including water and wastewater, food and beverage and pulp and paper applications. Beginning as a District Sales Manager for Merck and Company in 1976, Jeral’s proven sales record later led him to management roles at Dynatec Systems, Halliburton Industries, Curtiss-Wright Flow Control, Integra, TES Technologies, Siemens and Enaqua.
Field Support + Electrical Technician
In August 2015, Jason Marheineke joined BlueInGreen’s manufacturing team as the Field Support & Electrical Technician. Having previously served as an electrical foreman, he possesses extensive experience with commercial and residential projects and quickly advanced to lead all facets of large-scale industrial projects from drawing and design to maintenance and repair. During his time at Glad Manufacturing, Marheineke championed a $42-million, 2-year project, governing all aspects of a three-phase facility relocation plan while also achieving a perfect safety rating. Marheineke is a Master Electrician and Licensed Journeyman and is a graduate of the Electrical Apprenticeship Program at Northwest Arkansas Community College.
Chris Milligan, PE
CEO + President
Chris Milligan, PE has served as CEO and President of BlueInGreen since September 2016. Milligan is a licensed professional engineer in nine states and possesses extensive experience in municipal and industrial water and waste treatment. His research of membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology has been published numerous times by the Water Environment Federation (WEF), and he is a regular presenter for the American Water Works Association (AWWA). Milligan earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas and his M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
Project Engineer Jackson Shirey will further research and develop BlueInGreen’s solutions to target more applications in more locations than ever before. Shirey studied steam generation as an Engineering Intern at Paul Mueller Company, a global supplier of heating, cooling and storage solutions, and gained firsthand experience with process line equipment as a Manufacturing Intern at Molex, a leading global supplier of advanced electronic components and technologies.
